MAALAIKA is a powerful live performer known for emotionally charged shows that blend a live band, DJ elements, movement, and strong audience connection, with appearances at major cultural platforms such as Summer Jam, UEFA EURO, and C]O Pop Festival Cologne, and shared stages with artists like Lostboi Lino and Omar Jatta. Creatively rooted in Nairobi, Cologne, and Berlin, she is signed in Kenya to Sol Generation Publishing founded by Sauti Sol and managed by Omni Music Entertainment, while operating independently in Germany with her own creative team.
Beyond music, she is committed to social impact through workshops, mentorship, and initiatives like Your Voice, Your Power, alongside her foundation work focused on empowering young people and women through creativity and self-expression.
